INVESTIGATING

We are currently experiencing intermittent connection failures impacting portions of our service. The issue is caused by a widespread outage at a third-party provider (Cloudflare), which is affecting multiple platforms across the internet. As a result, some customers may encounter dropped connections, time-outs, or difficulty accessing certain features. Current Status: Our team has confirmed the problem originates outside our environment. We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s incident updates and continuously validating the stability of our own systems. At this time, no internal systems are degraded beyond the effects caused by the external outage. Customer Impact: Intermittent connectivity Occasional session drops Potential slowdowns or access errors Actions Taken: Engaged continuous monitoring of network health and Cloudflare status feeds Validated internal systems to ensure no additional contributing factors Prepared for traffic adjustments or failover if needed Communicating updates to customers as the situation evolves Next Steps: We will continue to track the outage closely and restore full service reliability as soon as Cloudflare resolves the upstream issue. MONITORING

Cloudflare has reported that their “Global Network experiencing issues” incident is now in a Monitoring state: a fix has been implemented, and they believe the incident is resolved, but they are continuing to monitor for residual errors. Cloudflare Status At 14:34 UTC they announced a change deployment that restored dashboard services, while broader application-service impacts are still being remediated.
